All her life, Kasumi wanted one thing: Freedom. Growing in a strict household within the Greater Japanese Republic, she seemed destined to become an at home wife once she became of age. Though she smiled and nodded as she went though childhood, she knew she wanted something more. Fascinated by these new aircraft that the GJR Air Defense Force, she left home to become a pilot at 18. Though through a lengthy process on getting a female pilot in the GJFADF, and having support from her uncle, she was accepted into the ranks, and now spends her time gracefully flying freely in the skies.
